Since our opening on August 8, 2022, CAMADO Ramen Tavern has been honored with the warm support of many guests here on Lewers Street in the heart of Waikiki. We would like to announce that we officially closed at our current location on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Our signature “Camado Tonkotsu Ramen” and other original ramen creations will continue to evolve as we look forward to a fresh new beginning at a future location. We are deeply grateful for the incredible support and love you showed us throughout our time here. While this chapter has come to an end, our entire team will cherish the memories of welcoming you with our smiles and hospitality. We would like to report on the donations collected for disaster relief efforts conducted thus far. We express our heartfelt gratitude for your warm support and cooperation. As we previously reported, we made a donation to the Maui Food Bank last October. We delivered a donation from Zetton Japan this time. ■Detail about the donation from Zetton Japan Implementation period: September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 Total amount donated: $46,600 * Zetton Japan: $20,000 * LocoMoco sales: $20,000 (5% of sales over 3 months) * Customer donations: $6,600 When we made a donation to the Maui Food Bank, we also heard about the local volunteer organization "Napili Noho". While the island of Maui saw a drastic decrease in tourists due to the impact of the fire, it has now recovered to about 80% of normal, and tourist areas are bustling with many people. It has been over six months since the August 2023 fire, but it is expected to take time for Lahaina to recover, and it was mentioned that much support is still needed. We believe that this donation can contribute, even if just a little, to the recovery of Maui Island.
