We are pleased to announce that Nae Ogawa, Executive Chef of natuRe Waikiki, is curating in-flight meals for Japan Airlines (JAL) Business Class on flights departing from Hawaiʻi, beginning in March 2026.
Rooted in Hawaiʻi’s rich natural environment, natuRe Waikiki celebrates a philosophy centered on sustainability and respect for nature. Guided by this vision, Chef Ogawa presents a thoughtfully crafted menu designed to bring the spirit of Hawaiʻi to the skies through a story-driven culinary experience.
Chef Ogawa previously showcased her culinary expertise by supervising meals for JAL’s Economy Class. With this new collaboration in JAL Business Class, she expands her creative expression to deliver a refined dining experience that engages all five senses.
Through this collaboration, passengers departing from Hawaiʻi can enjoy a new dimension of in-flight dining—one that reflects the essence of natuRe Waikiki and elevates the experience of air travel.
